This is my writing that I wrote my Literacy. In my class my teacher gave me a picture of an old man holding a flower. Then we had to write a story about it. I hope that you like it. I thought that it was fun to write this but it was a bit of a challenge.

Hello I am a year 7 student from Marshland School
This term in Literacy my group has been making War Posters/poems, I am doing a Tanka, Ballad, Haiku and a Cinquain type of poster. We are doing our poems based on the War and the Holocaust, the reason why we are doing this is because we have been reading the book called The Boy In The Striped Pajamas. I have put a lot of time and effort into my work and I think that what I have made is a good idea. But next time I might make my poster a little bit bigger.
